There are four rhythmic measures in each rhythmic line  of the above
Racialist Manifesto, indicated by the exclamation points at the 
beginning and ending of  each rhythmic measure.


Each rhythmic measure begins with a heavily stressed downbeat 
syllable.


There is a lightly stressed upbeat syllable at the midpoint of the
first and third rhythmic measure of each rhythmic line.


There is an upbeat rest at the midpoint of the second and fourth
rhythmic measure of each rhythmic line.


Unstressed syllables appear as shown, and the time value of each
rhythmic measure is always equal to the time value of two quarter
musical notes.
